RESEARCH

Nano-colloid conducted many scientific studies and conducted research in cooperation with several universities in Poland, such as University of Warsaw, Polish Academy of Sciences, School of Life Sciences, University of Life Sciences in Lublin, Białystok University, Wroclaw University, institutes and industrial research centers. In addition to research studies the company hired Ita-TEST, an accredited test laboratory in Warsaw. Studies have confirmed biocidal effect of silver and copper nano particles and the lack of indicators of skin allergies in dermatological research. Our products undergo regular quality checks and tests. Studies show that our nanoparticles of silver in colloidal solution have potent antimicrobial properties. In contact with silver colloid cytoplasmic membrane of microorganisms loses the ability to selectively conduct signals eclectic, which disrupts cell function. Nanoparticles (eg. Silver) penetrate into the cell and disturb the functioning of the mitochondria and the nucleus. The bacteria stop to eat and excrete waste products. Microorganisms are capable of producing immune mechanisms against antybiotics but not against silver particles.

Research Findings:

The silver colloid both in a concentration of 25 ppm and 5 ppm antibacterial properties to the tested pathogens :

• Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538) ,

• Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 15442 ) ,

• Escherichia coli (ATCC 8739) ,

• Enterococcus hirae (ATCC 10541 ) .

In most cases, totally reduced the number of viable cells after 4 hours of contact .

The copper colloid Cu 25 ppm and 5 ppm has fungicidal properties with respect to test the pathogen

Candida albicans (ATCC 10,231th )

Clearly reduces the amount of viable cells after one hour of contact.

The fungicidal activity was demonstrated for the hour and four hours of contact with the suspension of microorganisms .

DERMATOLOGICAL TESTS

Contact Extended semi-open tests have shown that colloids used (as intended) by those who do not are allergy to any of the colloid ingredients are well tolerated by the skin. In the study group, there were no irritations or allergic reactions. In addition, the 40-person group of people with a history of allergic reactions no were observed, which indicates that the products do not irritate and sensitize. NOTE: Issuing the safety opinion does not apply to people who are allergic to any of the ingredients.

MICROSCOPIC AND CHEMICAL RESEARCH

The size of the nanoparticles obtained after carrying out numerous quantitative studies of atomic spectroscopy varies from 2-10 nm. However, we now have methods that when applied, can result in 2-5 nm or 5-10nm. Studies have proven that the particle size and shape and production method contributes to colloids’ resistance to acids, which according to the analytical procedure sought to dissolve colloids (silver and copper in other forms dissolves in acids). Research conducted by Spektrochem company also proved that our solutions are far less ionic than many nano colloids and do not have, in lower concentrations, a negative effect on living organisms: birds, fish, insects and mammals. The Institute of Physics detected in roentgenoscopy by electron (TEM) that our colloids have: an unusual planar flake, crystalline form type monocrystalline and crystallographic structure of the FCC (face centered cubic) typical for the group of copper, gold, silver, platinum, palladium, iridium and rhodium. The particle size was determined ultimately as less than 5 nanometers (50 Angstroms). They proved that nano silver and copper colloids are chemically inert to the acid nitric and hydrochloric acids, organic acids, and some oxygenates (e.g.. H2O2). The study also confirmed the low toxicity of the preparation at concentrations of 10 ppm. Similar results were achieved examining the impact of our products on: frog tadpoles, aquatic insects (great diving beetle) and mosquito larvae.

The specialized studies on bird embryos, there was no toxicity of the concentration of 50 PPM. Warsaw University of Life Sciences in its study concluded that our silver colloid was very successful in stopping e-coli contamination of chicken embryos and that chicken treated with silver colloid were born healthy. In other studies did not show toxicity was observed; on the contrary, it was observed that under the influence of the preparation tested birds (chickens and pigeons breeding) grow healthy and quickly.
